How I’m getting ready for 2023

Two more weeks. That’s really all the working/planning time we have left before 2023 hits us full force. How will you spend them?

Some things I plan to do before Christmas:

1) Analyze each major project I plan to tackle in 2023. Do SWOTs. Set priorities.

2) Solicit feedback on projects where I remain foggy.

3) Determine where I need help and identify who those helpers will be.

4) Identify “next steps” on all these projects.

5) Get my tech stack and equipment in order for these projects.

6) Firm up any contracts, agreements, or other loose ends.

7) Have conversations with some key folks in my network.

8) Replace our oven that exploded this morning before breakfast.

My challenge is to focus on these tasks while creating a calm, relaxed, fun holiday season for myself and my family. After all, the time we spend together and the memories we make will be the most important outcomes of this month.
